Return Eligibility

All intact, unused and unopened personal care products are eligible for return application. Products with obvious man-made damage, incomplete packaging or long-term use will not be approved for return. To maintain hygiene standards, certain unsealed personal care items are not supported for return.

Return Time Window

Customers are allowed to submit return applications within sixty days after receiving the goods. All return requests beyond the valid time range will be rejected by the official system.

Refund Processing Period

Once the returned items are received, inspected and confirmed, the refund procedure will be initiated. All completed refunds will be processed within five to ten business days. The arrival time of funds depends on the processing speed of the customer’s payment institution.

Shipping Fee For Returns

The initial shipping cost and customs fee of all orders are fully covered by us. For voluntary returns initiated by customers, the return freight shall be borne by customers. For defective or wrong shipments, all return expenses will be undertaken by our side.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If customers receive damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products, relevant evidence such as product photos and packaging videos can be submitted through the official contact page. We will provide free re-delivery or full refund without additional conditions.

Partial Refund

Partial refund is available for bundled products. The refund amount will be calculated according to the unit price of individual commodities. All deduction standards are open and transparent without hidden charges.

Currency Specification

All refund amounts are calculated and settled in United States Dollar. No currency conversion fee will be charged during the capital return process.

All return and refund applications must be submitted through the official contact page. Any application sent through non-official channels will not be accepted. We will reply and guide the follow-up process in sequence.

Right of Interpretation
